Role brief:
This is the most critical role, as the centre of gravity for the organisation, which will require coordination across functions, ensuring higher growth and reduced costs to enable Brand and Product Growth
Key Result Areas:
- Take the complete ownership of your product, right from Go-to-market strategy, Consumer & Market Research , Product Development, Deployment to Sales and within Marketing Collaterals, understand and act upon the Customer Experience and Brand Delivery
- Build a brand of your own product line, deliver marketing & sales campaign which result in monthly growth of the product
- Work with Content, Technology and CLM teams to ensure complete delivery and acquisition growth at reduced CACs via multi-channel execution
- Work with Digital team and Creative agency to deliver monthly & quarterly campaigns and marketing occasions for higher acquisition
- Work with content team to build Product Alliances to make product stronger and see the complete deployment to the acquisition teams for higher acquisition

Qualifications & Experience Required:
1. MBA from Tier-I universities
2. 2-3 years of experience with a Consumer-Tech or FMCG organization, experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Consumer Research, and Product Development
