SEO Lead

About the Role :

- We operate in an industry where parents are constantly seeking information for education or parenting of their kids.

- Thereby it is critical that a parent always gets the right information on priority when researching online.

- We are hence looking for a SEO and content specialist who can enable us to become the top ranked site in this sector in India.

What you will do :

- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization

- Research and implement On page and Off page optimization recommendations

- Research and analyze competitor advertising links

- Develop and implement link building strategy

- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code

- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming

- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO

What you will need :

- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, master's degree is preferred

- Proven 4+ years of SEO experience

- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, Search Console, SEMrush)

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
