Role brief:
- A top-mid leadership role with a responsibility to drive almost 80% of business for the organization across India and International markets (UK, US, Aus, SG) while handling a team of Performance Specialist, and reporting under Digital Marketing Head.
Key Result Areas:
- Implement effective marketing campaign execution in all digital performance acquisition channels across search engines, social, and display advertising
- Demonstrate superior technical expertise and organizational capabilities in project and campaign management, market research, communications evaluation, data modeling, relationship skills, and commercial awareness.
- Handle a team of two Performance Specialists with a scope of building a larger team for multi-market, multi-channel strategy and execution
- Work with Tech team to smoothen the process of sales funnel, Leadsquared experience is a plus
- Experience in website and landing page development, and smart execution capabilities to bring scale and efficiency
- Handle a budget of INR 1Cr, which will grow 20%+ m-o-m
Qualifications & Experience Required:
1. MBA from Tier-I or Tier-II universities
2. 7-8 years of experience in multi-channel Performance Marketing, with both hands-on experience in Campaign Management and handling a team
3. Experience in handling a budget of 1Cr+ a month
