Founded by experienced professionals and alumni of prestigious institutes namely Kellogg and MDI with 20+ years of experience in various industries handling leadership roles across business functions. We are at a stage of hiring our core team members who are young, passionate individuals with keen interest in making a difference in the education sector.

Responsibilities :

- Own the growth metrics for the Teacher's community.

- Identify acquisition levers for the community, especially organic and referral-led

- Identify levers to improve the retention and engagement of different segments of the community

- Manage and improve all processes to drive community activities

- Build and manage a team for the vertical.

- Participation in the development of the communication strategy

- Contribute to the local community strategy, including aspects such as communications, channels, events, potential programs, and initiatives.

- Share insights and work cross-functionally to influence product development and local marketing campaigns.

- Collaborate on a community strategy that will build towards setting up a self-supporting community where you watch, guide and foster engagement.

- Maintain a strong and credible presence in social media channels and online communities relevant to developers

Who are you? :

- You have experience building active and engaged communities.

- You have at least 2-4 years of experience as a community manager, technical community manager or similar role.

- You are patient and empathetic in communicating with developers.

- You have troubleshooting experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- You are someone who enjoys helping others, removing roadblocks, and advocating for the needs of developers to have the best experience.

Requirements :

Must-haves :

- At least 2 years of experience of building and scaling a community

- Overall, at least 4 years of experience in growth or project management

- Quantitative aptitude. Structured approach to solving growth problems

- Good-to-haves

- B.Tech./MBA from Tier-I institutes
