- Manage the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success team and be responsible for growing end to end business P&L for School Business.

- Build and lead National Sales teams, and track sales performance for school business.

- Drive sales cycle, focusing on solutions and utilising a consultative approach

- Visualizing designing, and executing School business process for acquisition and program delivery.

- Develop the execution and planning of driving revenue and gross margin growth and sales strategy by using analysis to forecast sales performance, set sales targets, determining the effectiveness of current sales initiatives and implementing change if necessary

- Creating capacity in terms of people and sales/marketing investments to achieve the goals/ budgets

- Building and promoting a strong team culture within the sales representatives ultimately resulting in an engaged and high performing sales team.

- Creating and driving sales and marketing tactics/ strategies with the team for customer discovery, engagement and acquisition.

- Working closely along with the other stakeholders to ensure the profitability indicators are as per the plans for the year.

- Ensuring that spending and budgeting are in line with business objectives and relevant legislation

- Ability to run experiments and execute ideas.
