Beyond Horizon - Lead - Strategy & PMO (5-8 yrs)
The position will be deployed at Client Location, as part of Beyond Horizon's Management-as-a-Service (MaaS) offering. The position will report directly to Client CEO.
The Client of BH is an emerging and fast growing diversified conglomerate based in Hyderabad, involved in sectors such as mining, real estate and infrastructure.
The company has an ambitious growth plan to scale up its investments and operations across different sectors and is looking to ramp up the management capabilities through Beyond Horizon to support the realization of its vision.
The roles and responsibilities for the position will require the candidate to:
- Coordinate strategy planning, deployment and execution working directly with the CEO and other top management
- Oversee and manage special initiatives and projects on behalf of CEO
- Provide decision support and strategic inputs to CEO
- Anchoring key strategic initiatives
- Stakeholder engagement and management in support of CEO
- Prepare presentations, management notes and other strategic inputs in support of policy advocacy efforts, external communications and other engagements
- Tracking all key projects, identifying and highlighting areas of progress/concerns to top management for necessary action
- Working with key internal functional heads/CFTs to further business objectives
- Preparing management information reports
