The position will work closely with Directors and CFO in managing the entire domain of Accounts, Finance and Taxation functions of the company. Hands-on practical knowledge required in the following areas: Should have minimum 3yrs of experience in FMCG industry. Should have minimum 1yr of experience in SAP Platform. Accounting: - Monitor day to day accounting transactions - Provide accounting solutions/interpretations of new/evolving transactions/lines of business in compliance with Indian legal requirements/accounting standards etc. - Accounts receivable & Accounts Payable - Ensure proper checks and timely payment of accounts payable in line with company policies - Ensure timely payment collection from clients through timely alerts and prompts to stakeholders Banking : - Manage forex transactions, remittances documentation etc. - Manage available Fund - All activities related to obtaining additional / new Bank Funding and servicing of existing funding Audit : - Ensure finalization of accounts on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis - Completion of audits on time under different laws & internal guidelines in coordination with statutory and internal audit firms of repute Taxation : - Manage proper compliance with TDS, GST, and all other applicable statutory compliances - Prepare documentation and information to be submitted for notices received for assessment and scrutiny under various statutes - Tax research, tax knowledge updates and devising tax positions which are most beneficial and compliant with the law Costing : - Product costing for the manufacturing industry in accordance with applicable costing standards - Profitability and break even and margin analysis for various products and levels of production Budgeting : - Driving the budgeting activity to prepare divisional and master budget - Monitoring of actuals with budget and analysis and dealing with variations ERP : -Knowledge and experience on ERP, in particular, SAP, including involvement in improvement in reports/ controls Thereto - Working experience on ERP / SAP is preferable, in particular, involvement in ERP / SAP migration will be viewed as an added advantage Reporting : - Ensuring on time monthly accounting closures and monthly reporting to management, head office, investors - Management Analysis - Prepare scheduled and on-demand reports for Profitability analysis, Opex / Capex control, business analysis etc -Working capital projections and adherence to that including analysis of changes Team Management : - Managing team of accounts executives and providing them necessary guidance wherever required -Interactions with other departments in order to achieve overall organizational goals in a coordinated manner Due Diligence : -Capable to attend to Due Diligence exercise conducted by investors/lenders from time to time; practical experience in this area will be an added advantage
