Purpose: Bewakoof.com is looking for a business-minded cross-functional leader to closely work with Founder along with respective business heads to achieve business/growth objectives. It's your chance to work with a leader who has built a fast-growth company, growing more than 100% year on year, ground up and run it for around 7 years. You will be at the forefront of conceiving &amp; implementing ideas within this agile and lean organization. The exposure will not only be limited to business analysis but cover all facets of the organisation's functions and strategic initiatives. In fact, this role is everything the Founder wants to do, but not wanting to do. Must haves: - 1-3 Years of work experience. - Educational Background: Engineers and MBAs from top tier institutes - Your communication skills should be excellent, you should be passionate about brands and the Internet Space, and should excel at something outside of work. - Manage the various critical projects and programs across all the divisions on behalf of the Founder. - Coordinating Cross Functional teams to ensure project deliverables, targets set and targets achieved - Maintain and analyze data from various departments. Excel reporting and presentation will be an important part of the role. Good to haves: - Excellent academic credentials are a must. - Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment. - Ability to multitask &amp; prioritize, without losing sight of the larger goals, ability to pay attention to detail. - Flexible to take additional responsibilities besides the above-listed activities.
