Roles & Responsibilities

1. Define Business strategy for Bewakoof

2. Own key P&L line items for improvement

3. Develop a project roadmap for operational/Business/product improvements

4. Drive execution of the projects across different verticals

5. Analyse the impact of the projects post implementations and do course corrections

6. Drive the implementation of the analytics projects

7. Draw inferences from the analytical data shared and support in decision making process

8. Work closely with the senior management team on special projects

Experience & Skill Set Required

1. Be a generalist having worked across different problem statements, typically at a scale

2. Have a management degree from a top-tier b- school and graduation from a good engineering/commerce/science college

3. Have worked for at least 3 years post-b-school in a consulting/general management/eCommerce

4. Be very strong at analytics and problem solving- both structuring the problem and at an execution level

5. Work with various stakeholders in the system and drive execution
