Purpose: As the brand's Digital Marketing Manager, you will be leading and managing all aspects of our digital marketing operations. This role provides you an opportunity to work with a team having an experience of 7 years in the digital space &amp; leverage your skills in paid marketing. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. This role expects a performance driven approach in digital channels (existing &amp; upcoming) &amp; driving customer acquisition &amp; retention with optimum ROI by understanding the current Indian consumer's behavior. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the efforts of digital marketing and CRM : customer acquisition and retention, Performance marketing of all digital channels. - Manage and ensure performance effectively towards goals&nbsp; - Should have in-depth knowledge of running Search Ads, Display, PLAs, Video/Youtube ads and Facebook Ads Plan, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and OKRs). - Develop strategies for building and retaining mobile app users. - Constantly unearthing new opportunities for growth leveraging the power of digital/social mediums.
