Role: Bewakoof.com is looking for an operations specialist to join its Business Operations &amp; Strategy team. The role requires you to work closely with all business teams - with a focus on customer care, logistics, and payments - and wear multiple hats in execution. Your main tasks will include setting of process, targets, and helping teams achieve said targets with operational excellence. Must-Haves: - Project management skills: You will assist the Business Operations &amp; Strategy team in executing projects critical to the business, taking on end-to-end responsibility for projects. - Measurement and monitoring focus: You will assist the customer care, logistics, payments, and admin teams in execution and measurement of success. - Processes and systems: You will help set up business systems and processes in operations as the Bewakoof team scales. - 1-3 years experience in operations. Good-To-Have: - Preference - top engineering colleges and MBA students, with experience in operations. - Experience in a consumer tech or e-commerce company is preferred. - Bachelor's degree from a premier institution (IIT/NIT/BITS) is preferred.
