Indicative Role Description - - Update all Secretarial compliances on time - Conduct Quarterly Board meeting and annual meeting - Annual filing of audited financial - Maintaining of minutes book, meeting agenda etc - Filing of all required documents with ROC on time - Manage ESOP - Manage CSR - Practice corporate governance - Answer investor's quarries - Maintain proper shareholders record including allotment, transfer etc - Represent the Company to Company Law board, NCLT etc Ideal Candidate- -&nbsp; - Around 7 - 10 years of experience in public Limited Companies - Sound knowledge in Secretarial compliances as per Companies Act. - Conducted board meeting and handled all board meeting requirements - Mid / Senior level supervisory skills - Good communication and analytical skills - Schedule completion of tasks Reporting To - CFO / Founders / Board of Directors Reporters - 2 Internal Relationships - Finance, Accounts, HR, Compliances team and internal &amp; external auditors Travel - willing to travel on need base Preferred Education Background - ACS - must have completed the course in the first attempt and LLB is optional Indicative Organizations - Any midsize Company and Five years experience in secretarial practice in a public limited Company
