1. Category Growth & Profitability: Responsible for the overall strategy of the product category, driving business growth and achieving volume and revenue targets for the category.
2. Working with the Marketing team to track and ensure the effectiveness of campaigns/properties
3. Improving the performance of Digital Marketing and Customer Retention teams through targeted interventions that ensure Categories, Brands and the overall business get the required high-quality traffic, Daily Active Users etc.
4. Working with cross-functional teams including technology teams, to define, drive, and launch improvements to the shopping experience.
Must-Haves:
1. Prior experience in handling P&L's, GMV's, top line and bottom line
2. Apparel & Lifestyle industry would be preferred
