About the Company

Bettr Credit is a growth-stage fintech company re-imagining the credit card experience in India. We have built out a mobile-first credit card experience and a full-stack proprietary credit card management technology platform for the next generation of credit card users of India.

Founded in 2019, the company has raised a multi-million dollar seed round from marque private equity investors. It's led by a passionate team of alumni from IITs & IIMs with leadership experience at organizations like Deutsche Bank AG, McKinsey & Company, American Express, Lehman Brothers, Myntra, Housing.com and ICICI Bank.

Job Description

- Manage the entire life cycle of a product from inception to launch

- Understand customer needs, conduct customer research, leverage data and prioritize product requirements

- Identify market opportunities and define product strategy

- Define product roadmap based on leadership's strategy and vision

- Engage closely with the engineering, design, marketing and business to guide products from inception to launch

- Handle complex ideas and break them down into concise and effective PRDs to drive product development

- Track all business and user behavior metrics actively. Keep all stakeholders updated about latest developments in Bettr product and/or competitor products in the market.

- Setup scalable processes and use efficient tools to achieve all product and business goals

What we are looking for

- 1-4 years of experience in a consumer internet product-based company

- Previous experience in a fintech start-up is a plus

- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the passion to dig deeper to uncover core causes behind problems

- Hands on experience with getting insights from analytics tool are required. Ability to write SQL queries is a plus

- Based out of or willing to relocate to Mumbai

- Undergrad from a premier college will be preferred

- Strong project management skills
