Head of Engineering or Chief Technology Officer

- Bettr Credit is a growth-stage fintech company re-imagining the credit card experience in India. We have built out a mobile-first credit card experience and a full-stack proprietary credit card management technology platform for the next generation of credit card users of India. Founded in 2019, the company has raised multiple million-dollar seed round from marque private equity investors.

- As Engineering Head/CTO, it will be his/her responsibility to architect and oversee the building of the entire technology platform for all aspects of the Credit Card process, viz., application, automated decisioning, 3rd party financial data-source integration, credit card lifecycle management, data-driven learning algorithms; among others. - Someone who comes with a clear vision of what a successful Product, Design and Engineering organisation looks like and how to achieve it. 

- Someone who has keen scale before or develop a product which has affected the lives of a lot of people/users (100k+) - Someone who has 10+ years of professional technology experience in mobile/web architecture experience with proven in market deployment experience (and maintenance)

 - Strong Team management skills and building and mentoring the team. 

- Someone who works in partnership with the key stakeholders, identifies opportunities and risks for delivering the company's services as a web-based business, including identification of competitive services, opportunities for innovation, and assessment of marketplace obstacles and technical hurdles to the business success. 

- Someone who can evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms (including web application frameworks and the deployment stack) for delivering the company's services.
