The Global Workday HRIS Specialist will be responsible for maintaining customer tickets in SalesForce, working closely with stakeholders to resolve system breaks in a timely manner and assist in new configuration builds. - The successful candidate will have business process architect experience gathering requirements, designing, delivering, and supporting business transformation using Workday in areas under the HCM and Talent umbrella. Under the Manager, Talent/HCM we seek to centralize ownership of our HR techstack and decision-making in a fully focused, dedicated team. The Role : - Main point of contact for Salesforce tickets related to various modules within Workday. - Participate in Workday system implementation, enhancements, and Talent touchpoints (advanced compensation) - Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of, and ability to apply, process design and redesign skills, through the use of prototyping. - Test new set up, system enhancements, system updates and integrations affecting global Talent and HCM. Ensuring all configuration changes are thoroughly tested, documented and released according to guidelines. - Assist in testing Workday releases and future functionality in partnership with Talent/HCM customers. Takes part in building out new processes and modules. Ensures new system functionality is introduced and comprehensively documented. - Coordinates with other departments/teams to ensure that Feature Releases, Weekly Service Updates or other application enhancements, do not impact changes to downstream processing. - Drive continuous improvements to processes, service delivery, and technology. - Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. - Develop key relationships with business partners to work in the Talent/HCM ecosystem. - Create and load Talent and other HCM related EIBs. Your skills and experience : - 3+ years of relevant work experience, Workday HCM experience required. - Experience in Workday Talent and Learning modules a big plus! - Analytical skills including problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear communication of complex results. - Must have a high degree of accountability and take initiative. - Excellent customer service skills - Demonstrated ability to build and cultivate relationships at all levels particularly with customers/clients/users and stakeholders - Excellent organizational skills and able to prioritize tasks and shift gears on a short notice. - Project management experience. Agile Project Management and experience using JIRA highly preferred - Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretely handle sensitive and confidential information Better is an equal opportunity employer.
