- Professional coordination and support for a specific set of assigned projects and initiatives

- Extremely good with research, data, analysis and PPT

- Researches, evaluates, and interprets trends and emerging human resources issues

- Helps drive HR Project plans with right data slicing and representations

- Ensures accurate completion

- Gathers available information, identifies gaps, designs solutions teams and processes

- Participates and keeps a tab on both short and long term

- Advanced analytical, evaluative, and objective critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively summarize and present information

- Program planning and implementation skills

- Skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities

- Skills in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures

- Acts as a pro-active subject matter expert for key projects to be developed

- Creates reports and presentations that discuss the findings of the reports

- Assists, assesses and suggests solutions to team members

- Uses business analytical skills including facilitating requirements sessions and documenting activity workflows and business requirements

- Has excellent time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates

- Develops ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary
