More specifically, we're looking for an analytically savvy individual who can coach, develop and lead a team responsible for synthesizing results, developing and leveraging technology to identify and track KPIs and generate key reporting packages. Ultimately, this role will help lead the implementation of sales effectiveness strategies. SQL and data visualization are a bonus! - Attention to detail is a must as this position requires administration of compensation and commissions Skill Sets & Behavioural Traits: Problem Solving: Our ideal candidate can structure problems, conduct analysis and synthesize insights.
