Responsibilities : - Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects - Monitor, track and ensure progress on projects - Create project delivery plans and assign deliverables - Coordinate cross-project activities - Responsible for handle projects across Business Partnering and Talent Strategy & collaborate with both Internal and Global teams - Develop and control deadlines, TATs and activities - Apply change, risk and resource management - Assume responsibility for the project's stakeholders - Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI - Resolve projects higher scope issues - Prepare reports for stakeholders Requirements : - 5 to 7 years of experience in HR project management. - Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods - Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles - Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint, Project Management, Storyboarding, Data - Excellent communication skills - Excellent problem-solving ability Better is an equal opportunity employer.
