The Role You'll help drive the transformation of the People Team Technological landscape to integrated, effective, scalable solutions by collaboratively partnering with IT, People Leadership, Finance and the wider business. Responsible include: - Develop and own our People Technology roadmap and drive execution. You will be primarily responsible for the strategic roadmap and operational performance to deliver at scale and speed across People Team systems. - Identify, evaluate, recommend, implement and own new tools and technologies to meet changing business needs and improve our employee experience. Oversee sourcing new software programs, implementation, contract renewals, and external vendor management. - Grow, develop and lead a team of talented HRIS Specialists and HRIS Admins. - Partner closely with our internal teams from People, IT, Finance, Functions and Senior Leadership to guide decision making as the subject matter expert around People data and technology. - People Analytics : partners across the business to perform research and uncover data-driven insight. - Partner with stakeholders to understand the needs of end users and business issues to identify development areas and provide technical solutions utilising People systems and technology . - You will be responsible for the People Technology portfolio and data with the goal of leveraging technology to support the business to scale globally through insights, self-service, and company-wide reporting and processes. Lead the management, development, ongoing maintenance, and support of HR Technologies such as: Workday, Greenhouse, Culture Amp etc. - Ensure global legislative requirements are met. Monitor and enhance service delivery standards to ensure global consistency, develop and sustain appropriate controls to maintain reliable data and enable scalable reporting solutions. - Partner with Security, People Operations, Risk and Legal teams to ensure technology, process and systems requirements are met and there is alignment on future improvement strategies, meeting business needs and legislative requirements globally. About You - Extensive experience and knowledge of HR programs and processes and delivering People Technology solutions in a global business. - Deep knowledge of People functions, processes, best practices, and technology - and how to apply these in a fast paced, employee focused, evolving business. - 10+ years experience in People Tech focused roles with a solid background in key HR technologies, including Workday, performance management, learning and development, recruitment etc. - Sound judgment when working through complex issues. Critical thinker with ability to develop a long-range vision and multi-year systems roadmap and innovative solutions. - Ability to analyze, problem solve, and clearly communicate observations and recommendations - A track record of developing and managing a successful, high-performing team - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels of the organization-a true team player.
