Role Responsibilities
1. Financial Accounting & Compliance:
- Prepare multi-entity and consolidated financial statements.
- Lead statutory audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations (Income Tax, GST, Companies Act).
2. Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Coordinate annual budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Analyze variances and provide insights to management.
3. Cash Flow Management:
- Drive initiatives for optimized cash flow and streamlined payables/receivables cycles.
- Prepare and monitor monthly cash flow statements.
4. MIS & Reporting:
- Generate and present monthly MIS reports, including variance analysis and financial performance.
5. Internal Controls & Audits:
- Implement and monitor internal controls, lead internal and cost audits, and ensure process compliance.
6. Taxation:
- Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, including timely returns and payments.
7. ERP & SOP Management:
- Manage financial operations via ERP systems and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs).
8. Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (auditors, tax consultants) to drive financial strategy.
9. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the finance team for high performance and continuous improvement.
Skills & Competencies
1. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
2. Expertise in financial accounting, tax laws, and ERP systems.
3. Leadership and team management capabilities.
4. Healthcare / Retail / Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
