CA with IndAS finalisation experience for Kolkata
Role:
Need knowledge of Ind-AS, IGAAP, finalisation of accounts, interactions with statutory & internal auditors, compliance with regulatory filing, returns filing for direct and indirect taxes, preparation of MIS and projections for budgeting and tax purposes etc.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Finalisation of annual accounts, compliance with financial statement disclosure requirements under Company law, Accounting Standards etc.
- Ensure statutory accounts are prepared within the required deadlines.
- Preparation of MIS Reports for Management evaluating investment returns, budgeting etc and for tax purposes.
- Collation of details / preparation of details and filing of statutory returns viz. RBI Return applicable to NBFCs.
- Preparing details required for submission before the statutory authorities viz. RBI, Income-tax, GST etc. during assessment proceedings / Inspection
- Handling of Internal audit, interacting with internal auditor and ensuring audit actions are closed promptly.
- Preparations of board resolutions for various business activities and filing of returns with RoC as and when needed.
