Job Objective

- The purpose of the role is to monitor & advise on Compensation & Benefits, Payroll & F&F, Statutory Compliances, HR Automation, HR Analytics, Leave Management, Timely pay-outs & attendance.

Key Responsibilities

- Salary benchmarking, pension arrangements, benefits management and annual compensation events such as bonus and salary review

- Conducting job evaluations and leading year end appraisal cycles

- Making informed decisions based on data and statistics

Operational Management 


- Designing and implementing relevant and intuitive compensation schemes

- Analyzing, evaluating and recommending best practices for compensation design and employee benefits

- Designs the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc.) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values

- Being the trustee of several benefits arrangements (pensions, life assurance and healthcare)

- Responsibility for salary reviews to ensure relevant market benchmarking and consistency of application. This will include liaising with 3rd party suppliers

- Having the latest market knowledge, including recent tax inferences particularly in relation to benefits and pay

- C&B's capability and ability to advise senior managers and HR on all issues relating to this

- Accountability for all policies including, knowledge of immigration, expatriate taxation and mobility practices

Additional Expectation

- Manages, leads and develops the C&B Team

- Continuous Process Improvement

- Develops the successor (the high potential C&B Specialist)

- Builds and maintain the positive and influencing relationship with the executive management

- Leads different HR Projects (not just projects from the compensation and benefits area)

- Coordinates compensation processes like the salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development

- Trains HR Business Partners and line managers in the compensation area (pay-mix training, etc.)

- Manages Payroll, F&F & Statutory Compliance effectively

- Continuous Process Improvement and improve audit and compliance scores

- Hands on HR Analysis and presents periodic reports with analysis.

Job Specifications

- Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized university, MBA - HR preferred

- A Minimum of 5-12 years in a similar role

Must Have: Strong quantitative and analytical skills, advanced excel skills, Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office, Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations, experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management, Highly commercial and able to align reward policy to business objectives, excellent team management & project management skills.
