About the Company :

The Company is a deposit taking non-banking finance company ("NBFC") focused on 2-wheeler, used car financing and personal loans. The Company is a fast growing NBFC and is backed by a private equity firm. The Company aims to diversify into additional secured and unsecured lending products over the next few years.

- It is currently looking to hire a strong finance professional for the position of Treasury Fundraising; the incumbent will play a critical role in implementing the financial business strategy.


- This role will provide the candidate an opportunity to work across miles with multiple stakeholders enhancing knowledge about Berar Finance Operations.


- This candidate will get an opportunity to set up a benchmark for its successors for the role, given it will be instrumental in setting up all critical processes, reporting and review mechanisms.


- The position is based in Nagpur.


- The successful candidate will be strategic, analytical and have the demonstrated ability to effectively manage finances of a high-growth business including

- Capital Funding

- Lead fund raising activities through debt capital markets, Banks and other relevant instruments

- Structuring the financial deals to avail of the best possible interest rates

- Understanding of financial instruments and structures including NCDs, Direct Assignment etc.

- Assist in financial planning and ALM

- Relationship Management

- Build and manage relationships with Banks, NBFCs and other Financial Institutions as well as external stakeholders including Credit Rating agencies and regulators

- Managing relations with auditors and consultants

- Regulatory & Compliance

- Assist in regulatory compliance to RBI with timely preparation and submission of reports

- Preparation of financial reports/notes for statutory audit

- Management Reporting

- Provide timely and relevant financial/business analysis to the management team.

The Applicant should have the following experience/ qualifications :

- B.com/CA/ MBA (Finance) with at least 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience

- Experience in leading teams

- Controllership experience

- Experience in evaluating and implementing Financial & Management Reporting Systems

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage with the various stakeholders
