B) Should develop highly convincing and high intelligent and highly impressive Cap Table, a Best Favourable Terms sheet creation and company favorable Termsheet signing, High Capability in creating and convincing the Company Valuation to highest Possible Market Value in front of Investors. - Strong in Financial Engineering & Financial accounts management Capability to maintain Investor related documents in line with Investors requirements.
