Strong capability in developing Investors Pitch Deck with attractive realistic financial modelling of double-digit Sustainable Development Growth with exponential Growth Profitable Year by Year. B) Should develop highly convincing and high intelligent and highly impressive Cap Table, a Best Favourable Terms sheet creation and company favourable Termsheet signing, High Capability in creating and convincing the Company Valuation to highest Possible Market Value in front of Investors. - Strong in Financial Engineering &amp; Financial accounts managements Capability to maintain Investor related documents in line with Investors requirements. C) Should be Smart and Intelligent in Making the best possible Investment Transaction deal making and deal closing in our company favour for win-win deal closing with Investors peacefully. 2) Routine Work: A) After you have delivered successfully as above the First Top Priority Deliverables. On a daily basis managing the company Accounts, company P &amp; L, company Auditing, Daily ledgers. employee salary development, Creating company High financial Valuation, maintaining Highly profitable good Balance Sheet. 4) Qualification: - B.Com with ICWA / CFA from reputed Institute. 5) Experience: - 5-10 Years in Fundraising of 1 MUSD to 10 MUSD from Investors in seed-stage and Fundraising of 10-100 MUSD early-stage startup ( Series A) preferably in the Tech Startup, Digital Health, AI Health space / E-commerce as a mandatory Primary Role. - The secondary role of Startup company Financial engineering, Accounts management, Govt &amp; Regulatory compliance &amp; other routine roles as a CFO and account Manager. 6) Job Location: - At our new coming up Global HQ, Global Technology Development Center &amp; Global R &amp; D &amp; AI Health Innovation Center, Delhi NCR, India. - Initially working remotely from home, but should be based in Delhi NCR. 7) CTC : - Best Package in Industry depending upon our Unbiased Parametric Selection Procedure Criteria and what you bring to the table with written acceptance and written commitment deliverable within Tight Deadlines. - Terms &amp; Conditions Apply as per our organisation. - To deserving eligible candidates only, the company attractive Equity shareholding / ESOP may be given also as a part of a Package for a long-term career opportunity.
