1) Job Position:

Assistant Vice President /Business Manager-Marketing /Global including India- Global Digital Health Startup.

2) Job Description, Role & Responsibility:

i) To work as an Assistant Vice President /Business Manager-Marketing /Global - Global Digital Health Startup. for Pan India & Global Business based out in our Global HQ in Delhi NCR, India.

Compensation Package, the Job position depends upon what you bring on the table.

- You should have most powerful most challenging work experience with rare and dare Go-getter Professional with zero to limited resources given and capability to create MM$ business orders and resources with entrepreneur mindset from Initialization, Product Launch- to deal closing end to end single-handed multi hat role on the ground Powerful in Marketing, Sales, Product Launch convert into Business Development for Global including India Market.

- Should have hands-on direct B2B clients working experience in B2B & B2B2C with business dealing Creating-converting-closing-signing as per our Terms worth of Multi-Million $ with Key decision makers /Authority Top persons in MOH, Government, Big MNC Corporate, Big MNC Pharma Co, Big Global Insurance CO & Big Chain of Hospitals Group or Direct B2C Consumer Market in Healthcare domain of Public health, Preventive Health, Early Detection, Dr Consultations, R&D Collaborations, Treatments, Surgeries, Disease Management related in Chronic Diseases such as in Oncology, Diabetes, Heart Disease, COPD & Mental Health through Digital Health or Direct Marketing or through Distributor Partners in respective Regional International Territory or Pan India.

You should be a business creator self-start of your own.

The Job Role, designation & compensation Package depending upon your domain expertise, business execution expertise /capability as an entrepreneur mindset, single-handed multi hat role and as a Team Leader to work under limited resources, and what you bring on the table with meeting deadlines, business target and commitment.

ii) Mandatory to be an entrepreneur & should have worked/working in a HealthTech / Healthcare organisation of repute in an early-stage/ Growth stage Digital Health / Health Startup.

iii) Capability to create a business, achieve set target and build a market from the scratch initial startup stage, manage and capability to take low Risk and sustainable High growth potential rewarding long term career building.

iv) He must be the first doer and direct performer and high achiever go-getter at limited resources and has direct good business contacts & Relations with the top Oncology doctors /surgeons in Hospitals created market from scratch of any Innovative Technology New Product launching direct dealing with India & Globally with MOH, Govt and Corporate Hospitals and should have strong capability to generate business from Scratch on his own goodwill basis in India / Globally with top Corporate Hospitals, Government business with track records of doing Multi-Million Dollars big business from scratch of it own capability need only to apply).

v) Good at Go to market, Presentation, Pitch to top-line doctors, create lead and convert a lead into the solid business.

vi) Mandatory having good convertible business contact with Top Key persons in the Union & State Ministry of Health, Govt Hospitals & Corporate Hospital C-Level management decision & Policymakers and with Hospital Dept HOD etc.

3) Qualification:

Atleast B.Sc / M.Sc /MS / B.Pharma / B.Tech from reputed Institutes with Science,BioScience & Tech Background.

4) Experience:

- At least 8 -15 Years of hardcore working experience in direct representing a Healthcare Technology Product organisation in dealing on a day-to-day basis with a cutting edge Innovative new Healthcare Technology / Digital Health / AI Health in Marketing, Sales, Product launching in Oncology/Diabetes/Heart/Chronic Diseases areas ( Digital Health Products & Solutions, Medical Device, IT Healthcare Products) while working with Established Health Startup / Indian Healthcare Organisation / Healthcare MNC in Business Model of SaaS Cloud Platform subscription Model of B2B, B2B2C and OR B2C in Digital Health OR Business Model of subscription Model of B2B, B2B2C and OR B2C in HealthTech / Healthcare.

5) Job Location:

Delhi, India.

From new coming up Global HQ based out of Gurgaon, India.

6) CTC :
