Bennett University (A Times of India Group) is looking out for Reginal Head Career Services for it's Bengaluru location: Title - Regional Head Career Services Grade - Sr. Manager/Chief Manager Reports to Head Placements Job Code - CRC Placement As a Reginal Head Career Services, you will have to take care of the following responsibilities: 1. Should have strong corporate relationships. 2. Strong understanding of corporate hiring trends and line managers' requirements. 3. Source and secure new recruiters PAN India with a special focus in Southern Region for final placements & Internships. 4. Organize guest lectures, Seminars, corporate presentations, industry Visits to help secure more employment opportunities. 5. Establish a close strategic partnership with corporate to collaborate recruitments and branding activities to achieve greater visibility. 6. Plan and organize events & other initiatives to achieve objectives. 7. The building, nurturing, sustaining and maintaining a relationship with existing and new organizations in different verticals. 8. Work closely in developing Alumni Relations to increase the career opportunities for the students. 9. Work closely with student communities & suggest Areas of Improvement. 10. Excellent inter-personal, verbal and written communication and analytical skills 11. Prepare weekly / monthly / quarterly reports about outreach activities.
