Bennett University - Manager/Senior Manager - Mass Communication & PG Diploma Programs

MassComm and PG Diploma Programs (6-10 yrs)

We are looking for a dedicated Program Manager with deep experience and network in the MassComm and PG Diploma student recruitment community.

The key responsibilities will be:

1. Strategize and implement the MassComm and PG Diploma student recruitment plan for the University

2. Be the primary relationship manager with coaching centers, colleges, education event companies and other engagement partners to reach out to prospective students. Must have a deep network with all these entities.

3. Conduct Counseling sessions for PG Diploma candidates - make presentations, take questions, be their primary contact to address their queries around the program and the University.

4. Maintain MIS and create daily reports and trackers to share with the leadership.

5. Coordinate the recruitment process end-to-end: from generating inquiries, to applications, to selection process involving faculty members, administrators and other people who need to be a part of the engagement.

6. Manage various databases relevant to Marketing and Outreach.

7. Support team in other initiatives and activities from time to time as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Graduate/ post graduate qualification with a minimum of 6 years experience.

2. Deep exposure in student recruitment for Post Graduate programs with an extensive personal network with coaching centers, test-prep organizations, colleges, event organizers and other partners who engage with PG program aspirants.

3. Experience in leading a team of people and working through the team.

4. Experience in dealing with vendors, negotiations, event organization, etc.

5. Proficiency in use of MS Office suite with expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint - Advanced excel and data analysis skills

6. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and a pleasing personality. Ability to make a presentation to large groups of people.
