Bennett University - Communications Manager

We are looking for professionals who want to make a difference to higher education in India, with relevant experience of 3 - 8 years.

The role is based at Bennett University campus near Greater Noida. Therefore candidates living in Noida/Greater Noida/South Delhi or willing to move to these places preferred.

The tasks required to be performed /abilities/experience required are:

- Graduate/PostGraduate degree in any discipline

- Exceptional communication skills in English - no compromise on this one - wide vocabulary, perfect grammar, punctuation, ability to write articles, news pieces, social media posts in conversational language with attention to detail

- Experience of 3 - 6 years in a communication driven role

- Sense of design and aesthetics

- Follower of contemporary media particularly Digital/ Social. Keen knowledge of social media and various tools and engagement forums

- Ability and sense of responsibility to own all communication channels for the University in various formats: Print, Digital, Video, Audio, etc.

- Ability to manage conversations about the University on social media/ blogs/ bulletin boards. Address queries with maturity and responsibility in real-time

- Desirable experience of working with creative agencies, digital marketing agencies, campaign planning and management both offline and digital, budgeting; Monitor campaign's effectiveness in real time and correct course

- Excellent MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills (average skills may not be enough. So, evaluate yourself properly)

- Enthusiastic team player to be a part of high performance, mutually supportive team

- Ability to think independently, process-centric approach, ability to work in a cross-functional team environment, good organizing ability; Attention to detail, energy and enthusiasm
