Bennett University - Assistant Manager/Manager - Communications & Social Media (4-6 yrs)
We are looking for professionals who want to make a difference to higher education in India, with relevant experience of 4 - 6 years. The role is based at Bennett University campus near Greater Noida. The position is open only to candidates living in Noida/ Greater Noida or willing to move to these places.
The tasks required to be performed /abilities/experience required are:
- MBA with specialization in Marketing from category A/A+ institution.
- Experience and understanding of Design, Photography and Content Writing/ Editing preferred.
- Experience of 4 - 6 years in Marketing/ Communication with a reputed organization with depth experience in Digital Marketing.
- Hands on experience of Performance marketing, Search Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO, Lead generation, Lead Nurturing, and Conversion in a performance-driven environment.
- Experience of working with creative agencies, digital marketing agencies, campaign planning and management both offline and digital, budgeting; Keen knowledge of social media and various tools and engagement forums. Monitor campaign's effectiveness in real time and correct course.
- Generate marketing brochures and other communication material. Thorough eye for detail to create creative literature with impeccable language.
- Manage conversations about the University on social media/blogs/bulletin boards. Address queries with maturity and responsibility in real time. Good verbal and written communication skills - ability to write well in English.
- Good sense of aesthetics and communication.
- Excellent MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills (average skills may not be enough. So, evaluate yourself properly)
- Ability to think independently, process-centric approach, ability to work in cross-functional team environment, good organizing ability; Attention to detail, energy, and enthusiasm
