Job Description:

We are looking for an active player looking to transform the digital agenda for the organization. This is a ground floor opportunity, to further the agenda and the journey that we have already begun on. The position is a good fit for someone who is passionate about the adult learner and is keen to observe the challenges that an adult learner faces to help transform user journeys and our learning stack including LMS

The position will be responsible to:

- Gathering requirements and acceptance criteria and scoping new projects

- Documenting business and technical requirements

- Determine system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal departments and end-users

- Efficiently integrate new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services

- Work with a x-functional team and be the bridge between business and technology stakeholders

- Ensure end-user proficiency with new systems, programs, and applications across departments.

- Own the delivery of projects with support from our dev team, project management, and QA teams

- Facilitating workshops and assessing and documenting options

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree | preference for a technical degree

- Post-Graduation in business preferred

- Prior Experience as a Business Analyst with end-to-end experience of having delivered solutions and platforms

- 8 10 years of experience

- Ability to handle a team

- Be able to influence, manage, and prioritize

- Have the ability to work in pressure and in an un-organized environment

- Be passionate about the customer and learning

- Trust in Data yet have the instincts to see what could be coming around the corner

- Good communication skills and the ability to present data to senior management
