US Benefits Administrator You will support the Benefits department, process and administer client benefit plans; health, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA, FSA, and supplemental plans. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and their employees. Key Responsibilities - Provide support to the Sr. Management Team with daily processing of benefits and group renewals. - Manage COBRA Process and prepare notifications for COBRA mailings. - Validate and enter Medical Support Order including responding to order and communicating with client and employee about their responsibilities and timing. - Assist clients with HSA and FSA Balance and provide directions for processing reimbursements for HSA, FSA and DCA. - Responds timely to client emails and calls confirming enrolment or change requests. - Analyses incoming enrolment applications for processing/eligibility. - Process updates/changes to employee's benefits including address and salary updates. - Navigate multiple carrier sites to review or make benefit changes, order ID cards, etc. - Accurate data entry of benefit enrolment into internal and external systems. - Communication with client, employees, or brokers regarding missing or pending information. - Answers basic calls regarding coverage status and employee health savings accounts. - Assist with excel spreadsheets, formulas, and renewal preparation. - Reconciliation of benefit and billing discrepancies. - Other administrative duties that may arise or assigned by management. Qualification And Experience: 1. Minimum 7+ years of work experience &amp; knowledge of basic benefit invoice analysis and reconciliation. 2. General knowledge of Health, life and disability benefits including understanding of COBRA benefits and requirements. 3. Solid office administration and organizational skills. 4. Excellent communication skills - both written and oral. 5. Strong data entry skills 6. Must be extremely detail oriented and accurate. Excellent customer service, research, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. 7. Eagerness to learn and adaptive to change. 8. Ability to prioritize and manage daily schedule and activities independently. 9. Internet savvy and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook and database systems. SQL experience preferred but not required. 10. Strong team work ethic and communication. 11.
