Job Specification/ Description: Role: - National Manager GTM is responsible for ensuring that a company's GTM Sales objectives across all regions in the country are met. This is a senior position that involves supervising the entire sales team of the organization. - As a National Manager, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes, Development to provide innovative ideas for business growth. - Communication and team management skills are key essential for this position. Ultimately, the incumbent should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with large, distributed customers both internal and external. Responsibility: - Develop and implement effective GTM Sales strategies for GTM Vertical across the country - Lead PAN nationwide senior sales team members to achieve GTM sales targets - Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Identify distribution gaps & bridging outlet gaps to maximize long term business growth. - Anchor & drive Urban GTMM initiatives & Rural GTMM initiatives in the division. - Work closely with the Sales Transformation, Sales IT & Capability teams to idea & co create projects. - Implement Sales Transformation, Sales IT & Capability team agendas through the TDE teams in the division. - Drive sales transformation projects & Prototypes in the divisions. - Design & plan optimum manpower, DDs, Field force & beats, Distributor optimization & ROI. - Lead Sales IT initiatives (Infra + Initiatives) & Ensure data sanctity). - Plan and drive Sales Development KPIs in the division. - Build PJP adherence, Drive efficiency and plan for enhancing Sales productivity in the Business. - Anchor the capability initiatives across Levels for FOS & Build capability through mediums for NPD launches within the division teams. - Closely work with the RSM and teams below to ensure GTM objectives are met. - Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts - Liaise with various stakeholders like finance, Marketing and Product Development departments, SCM, Sales Operations etc to ensure sales consistency Stay up to date with new product launches Experience: - Good knowledge in excel, macros, MIS is required - Need someone with the minimum experience of 13-18 years and from FMCG industry with Personal care and beauty channel - At least 5 years exp in managing PAN India Sales handling large sales volume. - Exposure to working in a startup is an added advantage.
