KAM-E Commerce - This position is responsible to deliver volume, share & GP for the India E-commerce business. - Create eCommerce strategy, joint business planning with e-commerce accounts and execute AOC in these accounts. Partner with cross-functional teams & regions to execute plans to grow the business exponentially - Driving Digital campaigns - Achieve/exceed volume, share and GP goals - Strategize to build & grow business exponentially in the short & long term on the e-commerce platform by driving key e-commerce fundamentals - Develop Annual Operating commitment (AOC) for E-com channel and for key customers; develop execution plan; execute and review progress - Drive traffic, conversions and shopper engagement/experience initiatives to enable sustainable business growth on e-commerce - Manage - terms of trade- with e-commerce customers with the win-win situation on customer expectations - Execution of new launches as per aligned launch goals
