On top of it, their parenting journey is broken and time consuming - they discover on social, research on google ( only to get overwhelmed ! ) and buy online / offline. We want to become their trusted 24-7 buddy and make everything available at a click of a button. Having said that, we have to walk many miles along with the moms to understand their small little needs, happy moments, stressful times etc. before we reach the stage where BeingTheParent becomes their de-facto first port of call for anything and everything on parenting. With 72k babies born every day and increasing number of working mothers in urban nuclear India, our vision is to create a world of healthy pregnancies, thriving children and confident parents. Acquire users : How do we become easily discovered by today's urban millennial moms who are not native to the city ? 2. Drive engagement : How can we remain super relevant at every stage of parenting, right from planning a baby to 12 years of the child ? 3. Build the brand : How can the users get the feeling of trustworthiness & credibility at every possible touchpoint across the platform ? 4. Attain market leadership : What it takes to be 'most-preferred' among our TG in next 24-36 months' time ? 5. Increase share of wallet : Can we ensure users find it difficult to ignore the recommendations for products & services ? 6. Constantly improve & innovate : How can we leverage data on user insight to make it the cornerstone of any decision making ? What you have to offer ? - You have 2-3 years' experience in online-only consumer business ( preferably health, wellness, women-centric ) as Brand / Product Manager - You were the brand custodian managing the Brand / Product P&L - You are adept at dealing & negotiating with ad. agencies and media planners - You are exposed to consumer research and know how to draw inference out of it - You are a Management Graduate, specialising in Marketing In a nutshell, we are looking for native thinkers who can execute exceptionally well and want to bring to life consumer insights to make parenting stress-free & enjoyable What's there for you ! - Work with the Founder directly - 1st person in Marketing - create your mark on how the brand would be perceived
