MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES : - The Product Manager is responsible for delivering sales by delivering go-to market for of his/her brand group. - He/she is responsible for New product launches, promotion execution, and ATL+ BTL communication execution for category. - This role will need to work with regional ( Near East ) along with the category manager within NIVEA and work with advertising agency/other marketing vendors to create impactful execution DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES : - Plan and deliver brand activations by coordination with sales, supply chain, and vendor partners - Lead competitive and consumer trend collection to enable strategy formulation - Own activation for strategic executions. - Execute - Test' market plans to enable scale-up SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE REQUIRES : - Attitude to take end-to-end ownership of a portfolio - Understanding for FMCG sales and marketing roles - Challenger mindset + Ability to garner sales support for an ambitious plan - Agency + Vendor management skills - Ability to network and influence internal stakeholders REQUIRED : Education: - MBA from tier-1 institutes. - Mandatory : 2-3 Years of experience in sales. - Desired: 0-1 years of experience either in marketing or shopper marketing REPORTING : The Product Manager reports to Category Manager Interfaces: Internal: - All NIVEA India sales + supply chain teams - Regional category managers at the headquarters External: - Creative agency - Media agency - Market Research agencies - Distributors and retail clients - Legal advisors - Employees of Beiersdorf AG, Germany
