Warehouse & Logistics Executive

- To organize warehouse allocation based on RM/PM and FG.

- Responsible for Material reconciliation and procurement assistant to Procurement team.

- Responsible for Optimization of inventory levels in coordination with Planning and procurement team.

- Ensure loading and unload of RM/PM & FG

- Responsible for training of employees as per the warehouse process.

- Will ensure that inward & outward GRN is done for incoming & outgoing materials

- Will be responsible for ensuring all the statutory compliances are meet for warehouse operations.

- Responsible for lesioning with the officers of custom, excise and State tax departments.

- Responsible for maintaining all documents necessary for internal and external Audit.

- To support quality teams in terms of allocating materials for quality control checks

- To properly label approved / rejected / quarantined material

- To count and record stock figures.

- To ensure proper maintenance of all warehouse equipment's is done on time

- To be responsible for completion and prompt submission of all related import/export/domestic paperwork and the provision of other information as requested.

- To be aware of and to follow all safety guidelines and ensure that all warehouse equipment's are used safely & carefully

- To ensure accuracy in all paperwork and delivery quantities.

- Tight communication and exchange of experience with key user of other teams and Factory.

- Responsible for user training and documentation (manual, process description, blueprints)

- Responsible for creation of test cases, test plans, coordinating, executing and documenting Tests (new releases, support package update)

- Overall controls and execute maintenance status of respective master data

- Generates proposal for further optimizing import/export logistics process

- Drive focused projects with respect to Warehouse & Logistics process improvements.
