Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions - to formulate, align and drive strategy
- Develop business plans, forecasting models and scenario analysis. maintain and communicate detailed reports to track performance against plan
- Examine strategic performance, spot emerging business & product opportunities, identify business threats, look for novel strategic solutions, and develop creative action plans
- Own competitive knowledge- be the top expert in knowing what is happening in the business and the industry
- Lead pilots for / own the execution of some identified strategic bets and programs which tie into the overall strategy
- Support product & business teams in solving high impact problems/blockers
- Report to CEO & CTO regularly
Qualifications:
- Ability to influence and work cross-functionally across multiple teams and sites.
- Upto 2 years of consulting / strategy / VC/ IB experience
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving and research skills
- Good understanding of Business levers and big picture
