- Ensuring quality training delivery in Sales,Leadership,Communication, Soft skills & other Behavioral Training programmes

- Ability to deliver training programme as per Client requirements

- Client Management

- Content development/ Quality Check

- Skill development of the Trainers/ Sr. Trainers

- Involvement in pre sales activities

Skills & Preferences :

- Should have imparted/delivered training

- Excellent communication and writing skills

- Training delivery skills

- Ability to connect through words

- Good public speaking ability

- Pleasant personality

Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of training delivery experience

- In depth and updated knowledge of domain (Auto industry & other manufacturing industry)

- Conducted training needs analysis

Education Qualification :

- Grad/Post Grad/MBA/PGDBM

- Certifications in the training domain is mandatory
