Behavioral Trainer/L&D - BPO

We are looking for Behavioral Trainer at a Managerial Band for Learning & Organisation Development Department for our client Infosys BPO Bangalore.

Job Description:

- Training & development need analysis, instructional design, facilitation and impact analysis

- Strategic Planning & Strategy Formulation with data analytics for inputs to both HR Strategy for organization as well as OD strategy, collation and analysis of data, trend analysis, and implementation of feedback for people development strategy formulation

- Execute and Implement through consolidation of training requirement, feedback analysis, plan for scaling up to needs as per growth of the internal customer base, event schedules like workshops, seminars, web conferencing based events etc.; research based on the requirements in the development center/ unit.

- Publish training schedules, initiate corrective actions for course feedback, do capacity planning, build collaborative partnership with other teams, involve in budgeting, provides necessary execution/support in operational planning.

- Faculty Development through Train the Trainer Program for the courses to develop faculty to deliver programs. Develop certification plans for himself and team, Coach and mentor the team members

- Vendor Development and Management, assess vendor profile, their proficiency, maintain the vendor list to leverage the vendor network for specific training needs.

- Systems Development & Management with identification of need for automation; analyze the issues; develop systems in order to improve the effectiveness

- Internal & External Consulting by provision of experiential inputs on programs run and relevant data trends, develop frameworks and solutions

- Research, Knowledge Management, IP creation and Content Creation that involves research and development of training content, awareness of best practices in the field and emerging trends.

- Should be able to direct and guide the team to contribute to knowledge bank and knowledge management initiatives
