Befree - Internal Auditor

The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting and auditing as well as a professional certification.

1. Financial and Compliance Audit :

- Plan financial audits by understanding organization objectives, structure, policies, processes, internal controls and external regulations

- Review the compliance with financial regulations and controls by executing audit program steps; testing general ledger, account balances, balance sheets, income statements, and related financial statements; examining and analyzing records, reports and documentation.

- Identify the process weaknesses, inefficiencies and operational issues.

- Ensure that the business complies with all relevant policies, industry regulations, statutory compliances and government legislations [Including compliances related to SEZ [i.e. Special Economic Zone]

2. Asset Audit

- Plan Audit of Fixes Assets on quarterly regular basis

- Physically verify all the assets, make sure supporting documents are available.

- Make sure that all the reported assets exist.

- Make sure that all the assets ware tagged with a unique number

- Report discrepancies if any

3. Process Audit :

- Billing audit

- HR process audit

- Admin audit
