Role: - This roles is ideal for someone who would like to work in an early startup, and it is very important that the person needs to be flexible - You'll work as a right hand of the CEO - Writing development tasks (stories) in our project management tool and communicating them to developers in a clear and concise manner (we have a custom tool, it is a little like Jira) - Managing team of developers, data scientist, QA, UI/UX designer - Monitor project deliverables and take accountability to ensure developers are working on high priority tasks - Testing (testing work completed by the developers so it could be new features we have on a SaaS product, it could be testing how the design works from mobile to desktop, it could be testing on the on the clients staging or live website - Collecting and analyzing data (mostly from our internal dashboards a-b test reports, sometimes we look at data from Google Analytics, but it can also be ad-hoc sites such as looking at a data dump of a clients list from Built-With) - Plan implementation projects for new client on-boarding along with - Cost estimation for new projects - Perform hiring activities such as creating JD, posting on sites, evaluating and interviewing candidates for various positions - Carrying out research on new solutions/tools, competitors and ad-hoc tasks Requirements: - 5-10 years of total experience - 2+ years of experience in SaaS or B2B in project/product management - Has startup experience - Experience with Google Analytics and Google Webmaster/ (also known as search console) - Experience with e-commerce projects - Experience with wireframing tools - Project management tool used (for eg.
