Social Media Manager
Key Result Areas :
- Creates social strategies to grow social media platforms & maximize engagement
- Execute and own the Social Media Marketing, Community and Influencer Strategy
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience
- Formulate content plans to ensure social media outlets are populated with fresh, interesting, and innovative content
- Spot trends, engagement, brand integration opportunities, and campaign opportunities on social media
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner
- Manage communities on all marketing channels
- Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI
- Work with the design team to execute social media calendars and grow follower base
- Able to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms.
- Managing company's social media accounts and Posting ads on regular basis.
- Keeping track of leads coming through our social media page
- Good interactivity for post & roadmap in social media handling.
- Brainstorming and getting content ideas executed by collaborating with Design
- Managing and planning the monthly social media calendar
- Handle customer responses creatively on social media platforms & facilitate/implement ideas that increase customer engagement & responses
- Execute and host FB lives, workshops & online classes
Role Specifications :
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience using social media platforms.
- Experience in growing social platforms - followers, reach and engagement manifold in previous work experience through techniques, data insights and creative content
- Knowledge of Canva and Social Media Analytics tools like Creator Studio, Buffer, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics & YouTube
