PR/Communication Manager
Responsibilities:
- Work on the annual PR & Communication plan focusing on responsible areas such as identifying issues and consumer trends, setting up strategic direction, developing initiatives with creativity and building a budget allocation plan.
- Maximize brand and product exposure on media/ social media to increase TOM and support sell-out performance.
- Develop creative messaging strategies to advertise the brand's strategy and create quality PR content such as visuals, digital content, video and brand messages with media, influencers and partners.
- Involvement in all aspects of communication initiatives/objectives with a high standard of initiative, creativity, efficiency and economy.
- Guild, assign and supervise agencies (media, PR, event, production and digital)
- Responsible for planning and implementing integrated-marketing communications programs.
- Monitor marketing/consumer trends and competitor's PR & Communication activities and build relevant counteractions.
- Develop & maintain a relationship with the media fraternity & keep a tab on media movements to provide media and competitive intelligence.
- Determine the most appropriate communication channels and tactics to maximize the impact of campaigns and initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:- 2+ years of experience in related field
- Prefer B.Tech/BBA+ MBA Background
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Intense attention to detail as well as the ability to see the big picture
- Industries preferred: D2C, FMCG or E-commerce.
