Key Results Area :
- Actively manage and implement large scale user acquisition campaigns for app, conversions on msite & website, against established objectives and budgets across multiple segments.
- Focus on growing new users/active users, buyers and maximize the ROI
- Create sustainable and scalable frameworks for managing and optimizing the Growth funnel- AAARRR (Awareness, Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, Referral)
- Work closely with both internal and external teams/resources to drive business results
- Foster key relationships with media partners, publishers and affiliates
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders of revenue generating channels (data, product, performance, organic, partnerships etc)
- Identify new channels of growth, design experiments to test, develop models, set targets for each channel & ensure the alignment with budget
- Deep data analysis of campaign performance looking into key metrics, identify the largest areas for improvement and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunity-
- Test and optimize a variety of segments depending on the priority need of the team: Facebook, Instagram, Google, Third party networks etc.
- Candidate must be from Startup or B2C only

- Detail oriented and well organized with a hard working attitude
- Outstanding oral, written and multi-cultural communication skills
- Self-motivated, revenue driven and passionate
- Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task and be flexible in a fast paced growing environment
- Able to handle a team of high performance individuals
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
