Chief of Staff - (must having experience from startup/B2C)
Responsibilities
Here's a snapshot of the responsibilities you would be expected to shoulder:
Fundraising
- Work with CEO and leadership to assist with future fundraising needs, including creating business plan and pitch decks
- Manage the outreach and fundraising process along with the CEO and lead investor
- Act as point of contact with the Investors for regular updates/calls and strategic initiatives, monthly financial reviews, etc.
- Create and ideate on operating metric dashboards for monthly tracking that deliver key insights on business performance and trend.
- Perform comprehensive, in-depth company and industry research as well as benchmarking analysis
Strategic Growth Initiatives
- Overseas strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads.
- Build and nurture professional relationships with a vast array of external stakeholders/corporates to understand their motivations, challenges and expectations to identify the utility BeatO can bring to them.
- Identify and assess new opportunities for organic and inorganic growth for BeatO (including but not limited to new partnerships, referral networks, product portfolio expansion and/or acquisition opportunities)
- Lead pilots of prioritized new business opportunities
- Assist with hiring of key leadership positions
- Create presentation materials for internal and external audiences.
Project Management
- Take ownership of select new growth projects at the inception stage to take them from 0 to 1 with senior leadership engagement before transferring ownership to respective teams for stable cross-functional operations
- Lead the project management function across different business development and growth initiatives

- You have been an entrepreneur, have worked for 3+ years in a fast-paced environment like consulting / investment banking / venture capital / executive management OR you have experience with launching and growing new markets or business initiatives
- You are comfortable with ambiguity, work by first principles, and have exceptional problem-solving skills
- You have experience managing critical external relationships and negotiations with investors, candidates, vendors, suppliers, and other key partners
- You have a self-driven, can-do attitude and willing to take initiative & iterate
