Lead Generation Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify target customer segments and develop effective lead generation strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new lead sources, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize various lead generation techniques such as content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, and referral programs.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Create comprehensive lead generation campaigns aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
- Develop campaign timelines, budget allocation, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Implement and manage lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of results.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report key metrics and performance indicators related to lead generation efforts.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, highlighting campaign performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize lead generation strategies, streamline processes, and enhance overall performance.
P&L Management
- Responsible for overseeing the financial performance of the Vertical and ensuring profitability.
- Primary focus will be on managing the profit and loss statement, analyzing financial data, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
- You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to develop and execute growth plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Responsible for developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with external organizations.
- Primary focus will be on identifying potential partners, establishing mutually beneficial relationships, and maximizing the value derived from these partnerships.
- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of partnership initiatives and drive business growth.
Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2C or technology-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques, marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful lead generation campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
