Role Purpose

$Ensure Operations are run effectively and efficiently to meet the Revenue Agreements and Targets. Will be responsible for Revenue Generation, Process Profitability and ownership of an entire process

Key Result Areas

- Should have good communication, smart, mature

- Successful in driving sales oriented role

- Should be from sales background (Health Industry having 5 to 7 years of Out bound Sales, tele calling, lead generation, hardcore sales

- Analytical Skill and able to handled huge data volume

- Handled a span of 50-60 Associates along with TL's

- Should be able to create strategies to ensure targets are achieved with no penalty

- Ensures compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding sales

- Own and manage overall resolution TAT and ensure 100% adherence to agreed turnaround time

- Ensure desired output in terms of Productivity, Revenue Generation

- Acts as a mentor to agents to effectively resolve queries and complaints

- Supervise team and delegate task to team member

- Develops the team and then establish & monitors the processes which best utilize team talents for the purpose of meeting goals

- Responsible for recruiting right talent, manage shrinkage and control attrition

- Administer fortnightly, quarterly and annually reviews and performance improvement plans

- Ensure that the executives meet the daily/monthly productivity & Sales targets and send reports to the higher ups

- Ensure data management, process management, product management, rostering

- Should take care of work station productivity

Experience

- Should be from Sales background (BPO only) having 5 to 7 years of Outbound Sales, tele calling, lead generation, hardcore sales

- Minimum 5 to 7 Years of tele sales experienced in outbound tele sales, Health industry related, hardcore sales background

- Understanding and ability of selling products Healthcare products.

- Should be able to handle sales pressure

- Should be Strategic thinker, Decision maker, Subject specific skills

- Should have worked in a target-oriented job.
