Responsibilities/ Outcomes :

- HR Generalist - HR policies and procedure communication. Administering Recognition program, Listening to employees, actively working to improve employee engagement rolling out employee engagement initiatives. Leading change management, Strategic Partner to the Business leaders.

- Performance Management: Managing end to end process, communication with employees, Calibration with Managers, Training before Mid-year and end year, career counseling.

- Headcount budgeting / Planning/ Recruitment- Develop and monitor the Sales resource plan. Hire the best talent for the market for Grade 5 and 6. Define and document the competencies required for each Sales role (on /off roll) in India.

- Learning & Development- Identify learning needs of the employees. Define and implement the plan and programs needed to successfully develop Sales capabilities (On rolls and off rolls), Operations and Finance.

- Talent Review - Identification of Top talent, mission critical roles, succession planning, skill assessment.

- Advisory/ Partnership - Provide advise and guidance to the Leaders on HR related matters . Educate business on HR trends that affect the business. Acquire business sponsorship for HR initiatives.

- Employee Champion: Listening and responding to employees: - providing resources to employees- .Help maintain employee engagement by being the eyes and ears of the management.

- Employee Relations : Grievance handling, partnering with Compliance on employee complaints.

- Employee Communication: All internal and external communication regarding employee welfare.

Experience

- 12+ years in Generalist HR role with a multinational corporation.
